Cancelling EthnoEats is simple: no phone calls, no forms, no questions.

1. Log in and open your dashboard. 2. Tap "Cancel subscription". 3. Tap "Yes, cancel". That's it. You will not be charged again, and you can change your mind and tap "Keep my subscription" any time before the period ends.

You keep full access, including your QR codes, until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that your account stays open (free) but codes stop working. You can re-subscribe whenever you like.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and are not refunded for the part of the month already started, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email support@ethnoeats.com within 30 days with the email on your account and we will refund you.

If anything stops you from cancelling, email support@ethnoeats.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you within one business day. You can also cancel with your bank or card issuer, but emailing us first is faster.

To delete your account and personal data, email support@ethnoeats.com from your account email. We cancel any active subscription first. See the privacy policy for details.
