EthnoEats wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find restaurants, subscribe, redeem discounts and cancel. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

We use clear headings and page titles; text and buttons with enough color contrast; labelled form fields and buttons that work with screen readers; visible keyboard focus; layouts that adapt from phones to desktops and still work when text is enlarged; and we respect your device's "reduce motion" setting. Our QR codes also show a text code, and restaurants can enter the code by hand instead of using a camera.

This is a new site and we are still improving it. Some images may have generic descriptions, the calendar grid is easiest to use on a phone through its list view, and third-party pages we link to (such as Stripe's payment page) are controlled by those companies. We test with keyboards and screen readers and fix problems as we find them.

If you have trouble using any part of EthnoEats, email support@ethnoeats.com with the page you were on and what happened. We will reply within 2 business days and work with you to give you the information or service another way, such as by email, while we fix the problem.

If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to our email asking for a review and we will have a second look.
